 Our 2 bedroom fully self contained deluxe apartment, spread over two levels, boasting amazing beach and ocean views from 2 separate private balconies.  

• The 2 bedroom  Apartments

Includes fantastic ocean and beach views, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, free unlimited Wi-Fi, lift access, a secure basement parking  space (2m max height) and private balconies.  Guest visitor parking is available but not guaranteed. 

• Kitchen

Your kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher,  microwave, Nespresso machine, cook top, oven and refrigerator.

The kitchen starter kit includes coffee, milk, sugar, tea, 1 x sachet of dishwashing powder and dishwashing liquid, a dishcloth,  scourer and bin liner.  Extras are available at reception for a small fee.

• Living & Dining  Area

Enjoy amazing beach views, a TV connected to our unlimited Wi-Fi and a super comfy lounge suite to chillax on.  The lounge suite also includes a sofa bed if required, extra linen available on request for a small charge.  

• Main Bedroom/second bedroom 

Both bedrooms are spacious with ocean and beach views from there own private balcony. The main bedroom enjoys a king sized bed with walk in robe.  The second bedroom comes with twin beds. 

Both rooms have their own TV's with plenty of storage space.  All linen provided

• 1.5 Bathrooms

The upstairs bathroom offers a full shower, toilet, vanity and  hair dryer.  Downstairs you will find a half bath for your convenience. 

The bathroom starter kit includes 1 x roll of toilet paper, soap, and all linen required.

Extras are available at reception for a small fee. 

• Laundry

Our fully equipped laundry includes a washing machine, clothes dryer,  laundry tub, iron, ironing board and a clothes airing rack

The starter kit includes 1 x sachet of laundry detergent.

• Private Balconies

Enjoy the fresh air and our beautiful ocean and beach views from two spacious ocean facing private balconies while sipping your morning coffee or sharing a romantic afternoon aperitif.  The balcony off the living dining area includes a beautiful 8 setting table for al fresco dining.  Plantation shutters can also be pulled to create an all weather living space.  Upstairs, the balcony off the bedrooms has a bar table with chairs.  

• Facilities

Emerald Sands offers all guests free use of our BBQ area, heated pool, heated spa, outdoor shower, toilet, sun lounges and grassed areas to soak up the magnificent Queensland sunshine.

 For your convenience, beach towels, sunshades and beach umbrellas are available for hire at reception.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is over 2 levels and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
